4. Vendor Registration and Verification
All vendors are subject to verification and approval before being permitted to offer products or services through the Platform.

Government-issued identification
Business registration documents
Contact information
Bank account or Mobile Money details
Additional verification information as required
N.S.E.M.P.A. Services reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove vendors at its discretion.
5. Payments
Customers may make payments through payment methods approved by N.S.E.M.P.A. Services.
Payments are processed through authorized payment service providers.
Funds received from customers may be held temporarily by N.S.E.M.P.A. Services and subsequently disbursed to vendors in accordance with our settlement procedures and applicable policies.
N.S.E.M.P.A. Services reserves the right to delay settlements where fraud investigations, disputes, compliance reviews, or regulatory requirements exist.
6. Vendor Withdrawals
Approved vendors may request withdrawals of eligible earnings.

N.S.E.M.P.A. Services may withhold or reverse payments where fraudulent, unauthorized, or prohibited activities are suspected.
7. Products and Services
Vendors are solely responsible for:

Pricing
Availability
Delivery and fulfillment
Service quality
Compliance with applicable laws
Customers acknowledge that products and services are provided by independent vendors.
N.S.E.M.P.A. Services does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any vendor's products or services.
8. Order Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled directly by the respective vendors or service providers.
N.S.E.M.P.A. Services does not operate a warehouse or fulfillment center unless otherwise specified.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
9. Refunds and Disputes
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Customers experiencing issues with an order should contact N.S.E.M.P.A. Services within a reasonable period after the transaction.
In resolving disputes, we may:

Contact the vendor
Review transaction records
Issue full or partial refunds where appropriate
Our decision regarding dispute resolution shall be final unless otherwise required by law.
